We know that repatriation is a more difficult psychological transition than the original move, and that there is a direct link between employee wellbeing and engagement, motivation and performance in the workplace. With Covid compounding the challenges, further, we offer practical and emotional support to the employee and partner during the repatriation process.

So why offer repatriation support? Traditionally companies have not offered a human-centric experience to their repatriating employees, despite the financial incentive to do so. Our holistic repatriation package is a hand-holding service designed to help you retain your top talent, and the wealth of experience and skills they bring home with them. All employees and their partners can benefit, whether they are returning mid-career or near retirement, returning ‘home’ voluntarily, or returning involuntarily to a passport country they barely know.

The partner/family can also schedule additional Location Specific consultations to help with location specific questions and orientation

What you get

Includes 1 initial Needs Assessment call with employee and partner – ideally between 6 and 2 months before the move
2-hour consultation with employee and partner before the move (exact timing to be decided according to individual client’s needs)
2 further 1 hour consultations with a partner after return (timing to be decided according to individual client’s needs)

Information required

The Clients can be thinking of moving back to their home country or to a totally new environment. The fact that there will be a repatriation happening in any time scale from 6 months to 2 months or up to 1 year pre-move. The participant needs to be reachable online and through video conferencing.
