Relocation Success Manager
At Tzuza – the largest global relocation services e-commerce platform – we are looking for a new colleague to strengthen the team.
Reporting to the Head of Relocation Services, this role is focused on four key areas:
- Supporting and coordinating the relocators who deliver the converged mobility services to our private and corporate clientele
- The operational aspect of the service delivery
- Optimising the use of Tzuza’s systems to ensure consistency and maximizing the benefits for both Tzuza & our Clients
- Development of Tzuza’s global business
Output (of the role)
- Coordinating and supporting the team of relocators and fostering an environment of commitment to customer service and continuous improvement
- Ensure that all relocators allocated to the engagements are effectively administering Tzuza services by adhering to the procedures detailed within their process maps;
- In conjunction with Head of Relocations Services and Account Management, identify opportunities to improve & enhance processes and systems across Tzuza
Input (to the role)
- Through your experience in a customer service related business, you will work together with Head of Relocations Services and Account Management to identify opportunities to improve & enhance processes
- Support Account Managers through
- client engagement: utilisation and maintenance of client files and our systems
- Update as appropriate, and understand the escalation processes to ensure resolution of open issues for our clients
- Root cause analysis review, monitoring trends with our clients/relocators, and put in place continuous improvement processes
- Identify training needs, liaise with internal and/or external trainers to develop and deliver and monitor training

Technical Skill set: what to bring to the role
- Corporate services background
- Relocation experience (as a relocator or as an assignee) is nice to have
- High ‘end user’ skills in a cloud-based environment
- Experience in using digital platforms, sharing & collaborative technologies
- Strong appreciation of business processes and challenges
- Demonstrable commercial focus
- Attention to detail and clear communication style
- English written & spoken and minimum of 1 other language
- Right to work in the chosen location

- Self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative and responsibility
