Working with an experienced relocation consultant, this package provides three one-hour coaching sessions and materials for the employee and partner. The couple will be led through a process designed to support them in making an informed relocation decision. Together they will:

• Identify what is most important to them – their personal and professional values
• Consider what contributes to their personal and professional wellbeing
• Develop their understanding about the relocation experience, the opportunities, and challenges, how these may apply to them and what they need to focus on
• Look to the future and consider what they want to achieve professionally and personally clarifying the part that international mobility may play in achieving that vision
• Identifying their strengths and how they will be used support a successful relocation
• Develop a comprehensive analysis of the pros and cons of the international opportunity for them.
• Decide – make an informed decision, yes or no
• Begin to plan for their new adventure
