Sharon is the Mobility Strategy Consultant at Tzuza and brings an extensive background in International Reward and Employee Mobility to her work. Sharon has lived in a number of locations across the globe, both as a traditional expatriate and a ‘lump sum-er’, and understands intuitively the challenges faced by those moving, and those who need to move them. Having been responsible for sourcing traditional relocation services in her corporate life for different types of employee population, Sharon’s ability to understand the challenges of modern, fast paced, digitally enabled organisations is second to none. Over the last 5 years the mobility world has undergone many changes, and the impact of Covid over the last year has only served to highlight that putting the moving family first is becoming the focus in many businesses. Sharon works with businesses to build relationships with mobile individuals, supporting them in making choices that work for their employees and families in different cultures and environments. Customer service and duty of care are the heart of online relocation, and Sharon combines the technical know-how with the emotional understanding of how to make this work in different cultures and environments. She passionately believes the Tzuza service should be available to organisations and individuals at any point in their lifecycle, enabling them to enhance their employee value proposition internally, and managing their budgets more effectively. Sharon works directly with Tzuza clients to bring online relocation to life, and integrate it seamlessly into their business.
